John Skinner

Executive Chef

The man behind our menus is an accomplished, award-winning chef with more than 10 years’ experience. John is responsible for all the flavours that contribute to the dining experience at Bistro Alma, from creating and fine-tuning each dish to managing customer service. Prior to joining the University of Calgary in 2008, he served as banquet chef at Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire.
